The problem
The site's main feature is its therapist directory, and the profile data lives in separate back-end applications. The site needed to show that data as fast, searchable, search-friendly pages without people keeping two copies by hand.
What I built
- A WordPress integration with the back-end applications' API, which feeds the directory
- Searchable therapist profiles built from that live data
- A custom theme with ACF-managed content for the rest of the site
- Faster page loads and an SEO-ready structure for profile and article pages
The result
The rebuilt site is much faster than before and runs far more efficiently, with the directory fed live from the back end.
