Home exercise program software for physical and occupational therapists, which I founded and built. It had 792 users in its first month.

The problem
Therapists send patients home with exercise programs. Many of the tools for building them are slow, expensive, cumbersome and difficult to use, or outdated.
What I built
- A program builder anyone can use without an account: pick exercises from a clinician-reviewed library, set the dosage, and preview the printout
- A free account step to email or print the finished program
- A product that stores no patient records, so clinics have less privacy risk to manage
- A resource hub built for search: guides, templates, PDFs and comparison pages against the main alternatives
- Built on Next.js 16 (App Router), React 19 and TypeScript on Node 22, with Tailwind CSS 4
